Biosphere Technology: The Green Energy Solution

In today's world almost everyone are very accustom to a ready access of electricity. Sometimes others don't even think where it's coming from or don't even realize how much energy they consume every day. Since it's only a secondary form of energy, in order to produce it we need our natural resources. However, the most abundant and low-cost energy source which is the fossil fuel creates huge impact to the environment. Among all the form of energy sources fossil fuels are the highest emitters of carbon dioxide (CO2), a greenhouse gas.

The need for green energy

According to IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) report the atmospheric mixing ratio of CO2 has increased worldwide by about 100 ppm (36%) over the last 250 years. Just imagine if CO2 in the atmosphere continue to increase on the coming years, then maybe it would be too late for us to stop global warming. And with this problem at hand, we cannot continuously depend on fossil fuels for most of our energy consumption. We need sustainable, clean, green energy and it should be given utmost attention nowadays or else our future is at risk.

Although there are various solutions available, there's the use of renewable energy, biofuels, and other researches on science such as capturing of energy from yeast and genetically engineered bacteria. But the most interesting solution and probably the most helpful to our environment is the use of wastes to generate electricity. Through this technology, both problems on energy and wastes can be solved. We even don't need to use our natural resources since it uses wastes to derive clean energy. This is known as the biosphere process or biosphere technology.

Green Energy Solution: Biosphere Technology

Biosphere technology is a waste-to-energy innovation that uses gasification process to convert wastes into clean green energy. The entire process works in Zero Waste Philosophy wherein it converts or recycles all feedstocks back into nature or marketable byproducts without harming our environment. Its process is done in a limited oxygen environment thus does not cause harmful atmospheric emissions. The technology has passed all European and US atmospheric emissions standards including the latest EPA regulations.

The best thing about this technology is that it can efficiently eliminate various wastes ranging from household wastes to industrial wastes by converting it into clean green energy. Probably this is the best solution for the growing problems on waste management at the same time it answers the huge demand on energy worldwide. Just think about it, if it a single biosphere facility can recycle up to 720 tons of garbage and destroy up to 172 tons of non-recyclable garbage per day how great it would be for greening and cleaning our environment. Another valuable thing about the technology, it does not need to exhaust our natural resources just to generate green energy since the solid wastes that fuels its biosphere machines are also renewable.
