I went to Google I/O and came back with a free HTC EVO 4 G. I have been playing with this baby since then!
HTC EVO 4 G truly is the phone on steroids! I have used blackberries, Win mobiles and iPhones! To be very honest I hate blackberry and iPhones. My last phone was iPhone 3g. I thought I would go for iPhone4 but when I heard about HTC EVO 4 G I immediately checked it out and figured I would rather go for this one.
Why? The answer is simple, the HTC EVO 4 G is a cell phone on STEROIDS! Big high definition 4.3' screen, 4G capable, HTC-Sense interface, HDMI port, 8MP camera (this guy takes wow pictures!), High-Def video capabilities, limitless Video-Chatting ANYWHERE, tethering, FULL multitasking, high quality FREE built-in GPS navigation, 7 home screens, built in flash player, Google voice does wonders, amazing customization, live wallpapers, 1GHZ processor, swappable battery, much more ram, 1GB built in memory, 720p recording capability etc.
Camera takes pictures much faster than any other phone I have used. I have used Google earth and I like how it works. Android is updating sooner than you think plus the upcoming android 2.2 will bring more awesome options. Oh and phone calls with this thing is a pleasure! No I didn't experience nothing like the person is right next to me because your network makes it a joke but the call quality is good compared to my old blackberry.
HTC EVO 4 G surely is the phone from future! So if you are still confused I'd say go for it you won't regret other than the fact that it barely survives 1.5 days but I'm sure that's a price to pay to own this awesome gadget.
They are still giving away some free evos here or there. A friend of mine got his free HTC EVO 4 G from this site. Got no clue how this works but you can check to see if you are lucky enough.
