The largest manufacturer of countries carmakers Maruti Suzuki India said on Monday its highest ever monthly sales to 1,18,908 units in October, registering a jump of 39.21% over the previous year for the same solid period.
Sales month last year were 85,415 units, Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) in a best-selling statement.The previous figure stood at 1,08,006 units in September 2010.
It was also the fifth time this year monthly sales of the company crossed the one lakh requesting waiver of the national company based capital also posted its best showing to date for the domestic market 1,07,555 units in October, an increase of 50 , 32% compared to 71,551 units in October 2009, the statement said.
