The Mark Hargrove's belonging to the state are the only hope that we have that we will balance our budget in a meaningful, well thought out, and financially prudent way as opposed to utilizing the backs with the taxpayers. It appears to me that Mark Hargrove knows how to balance "HIS CHECKBOOK".

If there was a magazine that chronicled self reliance, achievement, integrity, motivation and Achievement Mark Hargrove will be one among the finalists for that "Cover Guy". Not only is Mark the total opposite of Mr. Simpson, but also the majority among the Democratic controlled House, Senate and Governor's office. There is little doubt that Mark Hargrove would question why the budget "is what it's" as opposed to "this is what we've got and we have to continue to assist it" at any cost.
