The next best way to lower cholesterol naturally is by eating right. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. This alone reduces bad cholesterol levels. This is not the only thing though. You must limit your red meat intake. I know I get a taste for the fast food joints but we must limit them. Animal meat is high in cholesterol especially red meat. White meat is better but please limit this as much as possible.
