Single mothers are the concern of the nation. To take responsibility of raising kids all by themselves is not an easy task. 5)Ford Opportunity Program - This program provides scholarships to 52 single mothers studying at Oregon College for an amount of $11261.

6)The R.O.S.E. Scholarship - This scholarship has been set up especially for those single mothers who have been sufferers of domestic violence.

7)Raise the Nation - This is an extremely important organization dedicated for bringing improvements in the lives of single mothers. They provide all the essential financial aid to help the single mothers for the purpose of education.

In short, it can be concluded that there are large number of college grants available to single mothers. The single mothers should understand this fact and look out for the right opportunities which will lead their life in to the best path of education.
