Haven't Yet Learned how to Edit a PDF file? Don't think you need to know how? Here's 8 that says you do!

It has happened to just about all of us. An associate, co-worker, or contract party has sent over a PDF file and the document looks great-- with the exception of the one line. I'll discuss the variety of causes below, but the actual reason does not really matter at this point-- the document just needs to be changed. So now you are faced with converting the file to a different format for a separate program, changing the needed information, printing it out, and signing it, if needed. If you need to send it back to the original party, then you have to scan the new version in, convert it back to a PDF, and email it back to the sender. PDF's were designed to prevent others from editing them; however, it is an extremely rare occurrence for one of these files to not need editing before completion!

If you have ever had to deal with this situation, then you know how time consuming this can really be.

1. Your email or efax inbox receives a PDF contract that needs to be signed. If you do not have a PDF editor, you will be forced to print it out, sign it, scan it, and convert the .tif file into a PDF. Wouldn't it be easier to send this contract on if your could add your signature digitally and make any other necessary edits to the PDF right on your computer? 2. A PDF file will not allow you to make notes. If you want to do that, you have to print it, make your notes. Then scan it back into the computer. Then you have to convert that file to a PDF. But if you could make your notes in the same program, all you would have to do is save your notes. Then if you needed to send it someone, you'd just attach it an email and send it on. Wouldn't you save so much time in your day?

3. You need to remove a certain page of the document or rearrange the order of the existing pages. A PDF editor allows you to rearrange the pages on screen-- without the need to print and rescan in the order you want. Not only does this save time, but it saves an incredible amount of ink! 4. Your company logos have changed, but you still use the same forms and documents. But they all have the old logo on them. Simply being able to change them out or adjust their size within the existing document would really save time. 5. Two different associates have sent you two separate PDFs. Each one has great ideas that you would like to incorporate into one document. Is there an easy way to blend these two documents and create the version you want?

6. You try to open a file and discover it's password protected. If you know the password, there is no problem with opening it-- but you still find yourself needing to correct a few typographical errors. Is it possible for a PDF Editor to correct a password protected file? #7. Maybe you want to "bleed in" color to an existing PDF. 8. You have a color PDF that needs to be black and white. Some documents simply look better in black and white-- a format that provides strong contrast and creates a visually appealing document. With a PDF editor, you have the option to take a look at your document in black and white or in color.

We've all found ourselves in one of these situations before, and if you've been looking for a way to make these kind of rel="nofollow" onclick="javascript:_gaq.push(['_trackPageview', '/outgoing/article_exit_link']);" href="http://www.pdfeditorblog.com/review-pdf-editing-the-right-way/">edits to your own pdf files, then just click on this link for the answer to your problems - and enjoy some amazing editing features!
