Sweating Cause and Its Solution - Read the Best Tips Here!

Sweating cause can be linked to several factors, mostly genetic ones, although doctors are yet to comprehend and explain the origin of excessive sweating. From medical research, excessive sweating has been sympathetically linked to an over activity in the nervous system.

Different glands of the body are responsible for excessive sweating in the different areas were they occur. For instance, sweating on the palm medically is called Palmar Hyperidrosis; the glands responsible for the excessive sweats on the palms are located in the upper region of the chest cavity, while in the case of foot sweating medically known as plantar hyperhidrosis, the sympathetic ganglia responsible for excessive sweats are located in areas within the lumbar sympathetic chain. Sweating on the entire body is medically referred to as a generalised hyperhidrosis, while in specific parts of the body is medically referred to as focal hyperhidrosis.

With Generalized Hyperhidrosis, a person sweats excessively in most areas of their body like the face, trunks and even in some extreme parts. Patients who mostly suffer from generalized hyperhidrosis sometimes suffer from other systemic problems such as febrile illnesses, obesity, endocrinological disorders (which are the thyroid glands), neoplastic diseases (which are cancers) and many more.

A sweating cause till date has not been found, and from research, it will take long in general before a specific reason to excessive sweating can be made. There are presently no answers for sweating causes and so medically, cases like this are diagnosed as idiopathic hyperhidrosis. Idiopathic means "unknown".

With Focal Hyperhidrosis, a person sweats excessively in specific areas of the body; these specific areas are the hands, feet and armpits. One reasonable explanation to the sweating cause of focal hyperhidrosis is that it is generic in nature. Although there are other causes like obesity, menopause, psychiatric disorders and hyperthyroidism, generic trait is one major reason for focal hyperhidrosis. The sympathetic chain controls the glands in the body responsible for this excessive sweat, and the glands are: the eccrine glands and the apocrine glands. The eccrine sweat glands concentrate on the palms and soles of the feet. Both sweat glands, apocrine and eccrine are responsible for the entire body's perspiration.

Hyperhidrosis is a major problem to many people in this country; it can affect an individual both socially and functionally every single day of their live. It can pose a barrier to your business and friendship because most people would not want to shake a sweaty hand. However, there is a permanent surgical solution to this problem.
