You're the one that has been selected to plan your best friend's hen party. Don't panic, it's much simpler to plan than you think. The first thing you need to do is to speak with the bride, and come up with decisions together about who she wants there, where she wants to go, and when she wants to go. Once your bride has given you the date that she wants the hen party on, you need to get the list of people who she wants there, and start sending out invites. Now I would say you start inviting people at least 3 months before if not more. Tell them all you need a definite answer by 1 month before the party. The reason for this is because most places you book need a full deposit 1 month in advance.
Once you have all the people invited, you know who's coming, and everyone knows what date the hen party is; it's now time to find somewhere to go. Hopefully your bride would have given you a list by now of potential locations she won't mind going to. It is your choice to pick one.
Once location has been decided, it's now to think about what you want to do on the hen party. There are a vast amount of activities to choose from; such as cocktail making, cabaret, dining out, clubbing, spa day, adventure course, pole dancing lessons etc. One of the most popular is pole dancing. As pole dancing is a little more provocative and more fun for the bride and girls to have a laugh.
