The Business Law Conference 2010 will be held on 17 and 18 June in the Intercontinental Hotel, Balaclava. This event will bring together executives of the tourism industry and those of the legal profession.
A rich and varied program will be presented to participants who will advise on the legal framework within which they operate.
The conference will also see the first public presentation of the new Minister of Tourism, Nando Bhoda. It will be an opportunity for these executives in the tourism industry to learn as much as possible about the legal framework that governs their profession.
Exchanges will focus the framework of the law to allow participants to define their priorities and set future policy and to allow the sectors of tourism and IRS / RES to develop complimentary.
Work sessions interesting, like that on e-tourism, are on the agenda of the day June 17.
Interventions on related topics such as medical tourism sector, example are also provided. Among the speakers on the first day, there are professionals, including Tommy Wong, Chairman of AHRIM Andre Bonieux, Chief Cabinet Pricewaterhouse, Gilles Granger Vinici and lawyers such as Marc Hein, NarGHI Bundhun, Vincent Chong Leung and Nishi Kichenin. A case study on the new concept of "invest-hotel", implying that investors can buy hotel rooms will be discussed by Afsar Ibrahim BDO-DCDM and Jean Michel Ng Tseung of the MCB (Mauritius Commercial Bank).
The conference also includes a significant environmental component. Dr. Karl Mootoosamy, director of the MTPA and Lone Raffray Kestrel Valley will take place alternately on this topic.
