The following are two flat tummy rules to achieve the flat belly you deserve, both of which are natural and do not involve any drugs or other hazardous or costly treatments. These tactics have been used by Asian Women for years, and I can confirm just how well they do the job from my personal experience!

1. Raw food is regarded as the best ways to cut down stomach fat rapidly, it's one of the key reasons why Asian Women tend to have slim waists without killing themselves exercising.

Among the best raw foods I have found that contain a strong effect in lowering stomach fat are focused around high-fiber low-calorie fruit and veggies:

- Avocado

- Cabbage

- Carrots

- Cauliflower

- Pear

- Tomato

- Watercress

In my experience each of these foods tends to attack fatty deposits around the stomach, and pretty quickly. Add them to your diet program by any means possible, as long as they are RAW. That's the secret that Asian Women apply as a rule, whichever food on the list you're eating has to be raw.

It works due to the fact the body is required to work harder to take apart and absorb raw food, and in doing so it works a great deal of muscles around the stomach...without you performing a single sit-up. This system also burns calories by way of the elevated effort, which brings about a more efficient fat-burning diet!

2. I've used a nice drink recipe anytime I want to get a flat belly that I discovered years ago from my Chinese Grandmother (and she quite possibly learned it from HER Grandmother! haha):

Put about eight cups of water into a container along with:

- 1 x teaspoon, grated ginger

- 1 x cucumber, peeled and sliced thinly

- 1 x lemon, thinly sliced

- 10 x small spearmint leaves

Mix all the components and let it remain in fridge overnight. Drink it all over the course of the next day.

It's incredible I know, but Asian Women are skinny for a number of reasons and this is one of them. Practice it and see if it works for you.
