Let's not forget Skoda also topped the Driver Power Survey in 2009, in the past 5 years Skoda has raised the bar when it comes to customer service and customer satisfaction. They now intend to take this a step further with their new "Skoda Customer Promise".
The aim of the new promise is to build on its new reputation by ensuring that being a Skoda driver is an enjoyable experience. Skoda intends to do this by continuing to provide a flexible and convenient service to its customers, drawing on its retailers' expertise and attention to detail, coupled with their honest advice and quality care of service.
The Head of Skoda UK Aftersales John Bower was very proud of his company's achievements in the past few years and commented, "With the introduction of the new Skoda Customer Promise our retailers will be able to promote the high quality of service that they offer, which will allow us to achieve our ultimate aim of creating an easy, enjoyable experience for all our customers throughout their motoring life."
