Years ago I went to Hollywood, following my dream to get a job in the film business, meet famous actors and directors, and make my own movies. The stories we hear that it can be an accomplishment just to get in the business are entirely true. When opportunities do show up, it is often connections or background that decides who wins the day.
How is an outsider writer like me supposed to compete with others who are three generations deep born and bred in Hollywood streets? The most common ingredient of successful people is coming from a wealthy background. The reason is not that they inherit enough money to start a business when they turn 18, but because they grow up surrounded by a natural understanding of how wealth works. It is called having a supportive network and it can work for you too if you take a moment to identify your needs and set about creating your own.
Probably for the first time in history it is possible for the average person to be personally mentored by other millionaires. Could you imagine a 100 years ago, going to Mr. Rockefeller, tweedy cap in hand, and asking, "Please sir, teach me everything you know?"

In the 1800's America led the world in an industrial boom, birthing magnates, millionaires and huge businesses that have lasted a hundred and more years. Giant transformational steps in society create giant opportunities for wealth creation, and the internet is our moment in history.
You should decide ahead of time what kind of wealth method would work for you. Create an internet search with the name of the wealth method, ie 'online auction', or 'niche marketing' and 'tuition' with a question mark. You will get a list of many wealth making programs. Go through their material and look closely for courses that promise one on one tuition time, and or webinars, with the programs creator.
The closer you can get to the course designer, the higher the odds that you will make wealth. Remember, our income is usually an average of our five best friends. So, grow your friends network, and make friends with gurus.
