The first unit I received was determined to be defective. After 24 hours of use, a vertical black line was clearly visible on the screen. After testing this issue, it seems that the "blue monster" is no longer in that line of pixels with different color images to isolate you miss the color.
Called Amazon to report the problem and to contact Panasonic. Panasonic wanted to solve the problem and sending a technician to your service, however, I opted to change because I was skeptical of this unit, which had not so soon after its receipt.
Amazon was very helpful and immediately sent a replacement. I'm waiting for the replacement unit to be sent, but also collect the defective unit at the same time. 1-star to receive a replacement. Extra star for customer service at Amazon.
I will update this review after I get a replacement. Yet I trust that this massive TV and eager to enjoy.
