I usually do not write reviews but feel compelled to let everyone know that this may have ordered two of these for our children and we do not work immediately out of the box to acquire. We had a terrible time trying to get the company to do something and get all but abandoned. I honestly believe that the company expects some of them unable to work due to poor quality of the sector.
The other remains well and I think that if an order of these has a probability of 50% DAAD effectively with a television you watch.
The best option is to spend a little 'more and make sure you have a television at the end of the day.

The product- a 19" hdtv does not work At best it only receives one channel--and that is only occasionally. I am waiting to be informed of my legal rights before pursuing any further action.As far as question 2 above is concerned, I rate this product

Problems with manufacturer
Power cord did not ship with TV. Contacted manufacturer to request cord. We finally received cord 15 days after request...unfortunately, was the wrong type of cord. Finally went out and bought cord at Radio Shack as we didn't want to wait another 15 days.

Not bad at $99
Can't complain for the price (bought it on sale).
However, there are a few cons: poor viewing angles, and there is a high-pitched noise emitted from the tv even when the unit is turned off. I have this tv in my small bedroom, so the solution I have come up with is to unplug the unit when not in use. Not a huge deal, but I can't sleep with the tv plugged in.
