Belvoir Lettings is pleased to announce that its properties, which are available to let, can now be found on Google's freeproperty search, http://maps.google.co.uk/property a site which allows users to search for properties to rent or buy nationwide at the click of a button.
The user-friendly website enables home hunters to find their ideal property within minutes and, what's more, it allows them to search for properties by specific criteria, including location, maximum and minimum price, property type and number of bedrooms too.
All properties are displayed on an interactive map with a photograph, plus options to search for other properties nearby, get door-to-door directions or view on Street View.
Belvoir first tested the site on properties available through its Grantham office, before rolling out the use of the site to its other offices last month.
This latest new initiative from Belvoir uses an overnight feed from their own website to provide Google Maps with enough information to list their properties, plus extract the relevant images to display with each property.The feed goes live within 48 hours.
Belvoir's Marketing Co-ordinator Reena Patel says, "We've been investigating ways to feed Google through our website and are now very pleased that we have in place a fully functional and automated feed from the Belvoir website to property listings on Google Maps.
"We're extremely pleased that this new tool is now available and is, more importantly, a free marketing tool for all Belvoir offices."
