Bromsgrove Gets Green Light for Speculative 9 Million Development

A regeneration partnership in theWest Midlands have finally received planning permission for 9 million of speculative development of industrial units at Bromsgrove Technology Park in Worcestershire.

With the permission now gained the partnership will start to build some of the first developments in Bromsgrove and indeed the region. Approval has been given for the building of storage and distribution facilities ranging from 1400 5300 sq ft on the 6.4 acres site. When fully complete this will have the potentialto have 260 new employees working in the scheme.

On site infrastructure has already started making it possible to start some of the building procedures in early 2011, it is hoped that the 42000 sq ft will be ready for occupation in the middle of 2011.

The site has a prime location, it is situation off the A38 at Isidore Road in Aston Fields which is in close proximity to the M42 and the M5 which will provide easy access to the M40 and the M6.

We are confident in our building plans where other have held back. we are seeing more and more demand for the type of turnkey solution units that will offer flexible usage within the option of mezzanine office space. The site will provide an ideal opportunity for manufacturing business to locate their new facilities.

The Bromsgrove District Council have been extremely supportive of our plans for the park. We believe that the opportunity to create 260 more jobs across the entire site helps the cause as well as benefitting the local economy in Bromsgrove.
