The differences are more important though, you can make money off of forums, blogs, Twitter, YouTube, MySpace, or even your own website. How is this done you ask? That's the somewhat complicated part, company's track links that you post on the web, these links can be ads on the top of a webpage [or side(s)] or just regular old links with your ID embedded in it. Every time someone clicks on your advertisement link, the company that the link directs to tracks the IP address, and if the IP address makes a purchase you get a percentage of the sale(s). Sound pretty neat, huh? It's actually amazing, a billion dollar industry, and there are kids making money by being an internet marketer (any form of making money online). I've actually seen a 10 year old kids video trying to get email addresses to make money from email marketing. Now, most email marketing is spam, but it can be done differently, and I'm not suggesting spamming, I'm just using the kid as an example.
