Cheers - Up! The Vampire Diaries is a series of an American television supernatural-fantasy horror , follows the life of Elena Gilbert, who falls for a vampire named Stefan Salvatore Centennial. Their lives are growing more than Stefan malicious brother Damon returns to the town complex with a vendetta against his brother. The two brothers begin to show love, Elena, largely because of its similarities to his past love, Katherine. It turns out that Katherine Doppleganger Elena, who finally returned with plans for the trio.
Based on the Alloy novels, WBTV's "Vampire Diaries" centers on Elena (Nina Dobrev), a tragic heroine who is the object of passion for two vampire brothers, Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder).
The episode synopsis:
Damon and Stefan have a new plan to deal with Katherine in the masked ball from Lockwood. Katherine asks her friend, Lucy, you participated in the balls. Bonnie, Alaric, and Jeremy are doing their best to Stefan and Damon to help with their plans, but Katherine was a surprise that should any of them. The night takes a turn for the worse when Matt Tyler and plan ahead with their friends.

The masked ball is a useful metaphor for "the mask we wear in life," said Williamson, who fly to Los Angeles to watch the shoot at night. "Katherine still play, they always wear masks. And at the party when he was alone with both Stefan and Damon for the first time since he was back in town, Katherine hard masks on their faces."
The power-hungry vamp is on a quest to get back the now-missing moonstone that her werewolf lover Mason Lockwood had obtained for her. Next on Vampire Diaries SO2 EO7 entitled "Masquerade" will airs on October 28,2010 at 8:00 PM on The CW. "Stefan and Damon decide on a new plan to deal with Katherine at the Lockwood's masquerade ball."
