Just dip small amount of rubbing alcohol make sure the cloth doesn't get too much wet use the same principle of wiping the dust one from left to right, avoid dripping of alcohol in any other parts of laptop. Continue the process smoothly and gently don't use any external force to get it wipe urgently.
Turn the microfiber and clean the Laptop LCD with a dry piece of cloth. Assure yourself that there is no further liquid alcohol still remains on display. Once if you have finished check the Laptop LCD if it not looks clear then try for 2-3 times again.
