This article explains how to use the shortcut keys while we are using computers.

1. Click start button by pressing windows key in the keyboard
2. Select the program you want to use ex. Ms.Word
3. When you want to open the file that you previously stored into the computer press Ctrl+O
4. You have to keep in your mind that to open the main menus we have to Press Alt key button with concerned underlined letters of all menu. For ex. in the file menue F is underlined, when you want to open the file menu you no need to drag your mouse to file menu, but just pression Alt+F you can use file menu options. likewise for View Alt+V, Format Alt+O, etc.
