Wow, this is a great device. I bought it as a complement my PS3, which was my previous BluRay / Titan Netflix.
Aesthetically, very thin and not deep. It is as wide as my Sony receiver. It has a very attractive interface. There are no buttons, but the light regions to press the front panel. I associate it to my 5-Port HDMI Switch (purchased from Amazon) and my receiver via the optical port. This setting is not very user intervention, but only a language and format of the video. I connect to my router via Ethernet cable. You can use the new software to download not long at all.
I bought this mainly for Netflix was lured to YouTube and Pandora. This case is also to Blockbuster and Voodoo. It appears that to update the software, we can see more features in the future.
I am 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Improvements are possible:
Better First Touch navigation buttons (up down left, right).
Now, the second is a killer, built in hard drive for music and movies. This is something that would kill all the AppleTV (which I have). Now the players on DLNA devices and other media files from your computer can, which could connect to this controversial issue. I have not tried, but not only.

Everything I wanted and more
Wow, this is a great device. I bought this to supplement my PS3 which had been my previous bluray/netflix workhorse.
Aesthetically, this is very slim and not deep. It is as wide as my sony receiver. It has a very attractive finish. There are no buttons but rather backlit regions on the front panel that you press. I hooked it up to my 5 port hdmi switch (also purchased from amazon) and connected to my receiver via the optical port. Setup was did not require much user intervention, just language and video format. I hooked it up to my router via an ethernet cable. It downloaded new software which didn't take long at all.
I mainly bought this for netflix and was lured by the youtube and pandora. This thing can also access Blockbuster and Vudu. It seems that with the updatable software we could see more functionality in the future.
I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase.
Potential improvements:
1. Better tactile feedback for the navigation keys (up down left right).
2. Now this would be killer, built in hard drive for music and movies. This thing would totally kill the appletv (which i also own). Now this player can hook up to your dlna devices and multimedia files from your computer which might make this a moot point. I haven't tried it yet but will soon.
Great Purchase
This is what we have been waiting for. The price was right and this product performs as described. Movies load up quickly and the internet option is
icing on the cake. We have enjoyed Netflix and Pandora. I would definitely recommend this product to anybody in the market for a Blue Ray player.
This player is Avatarded
So I thought I liked the player until I decided to put it and my new Samsung LN46C650 (which I love) through its paces by renting Avatar.
Please note I did make sure to have the latest firmware installed.
So I put the disc in and received the "Red Screen of Death" (RSOD) which must be the HD version of the "Blue Screen of Death". Namely the screen said that you must install the latest firmware to play this DVD. But I did upload the latest firmware. Just to be sure I went back 2 more times and was told that I had the latest firmware and yet the disc still wouldn't play. I even reset the machine and had to go through all the setup again (sure its easy but not when you have to do it over again)
It is ironic yet strangely appropriate to refer to the BD-C6500 as Pandora's Box eventhough I can't see Pandora (the planet not the music service) on it.
I must say I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with Samsung but in some respects this isn't surprising. They are a hardware company and when it comes to software they can be a bunch of skXaung (look it up in your Navi-English dictionary cause you'll never be able to look it up on the Samsung BD-C6500 dvd player).
