HUMAN INTELL PLANTS by J.E. Ante
Human intell plants are people who get close to high value intelligence sources. They can be long-term wives, lovers, and friends or technical experts or just occasional friends and contacts. Human intell plants most likely have many months and even years of preparation to backstory their lives to match their current persona. This is key in becoming a credible contact, friend, or lover of their intelligence targets.
In times past human plants were by far the best high value intelligence sources of overseas intelligence but domestic in country intell plants are now also used by intelligence services to gain access to whatever high value intelligence sources or persons. But for this article I write mainly about human intell plants for the high value disclosure people.
There are two main best human intell plants for placement with high value disclosure people. The basic categories are male and female but both are almost always utilized in high value targets. Best males plants are long term friends and technical experts which have the same interests as the disclosure person and the best female plants are wives and lovers of the high value disclosure person. But the goal is generally the same -- to gain the inner circle of trust to gain access to the real inner high value intelligence. It is this inner intell which is communicated in private that is most valuable. But a secondary goal would be to have an emotional and intellectual say or influence over that high value intelligence asset and a measure of control over their actions.
There are actually very very few domestic human intell plants used against people in the disclosure movement. Mostly they are used against those people that they are not allowed to kill. They need to keep track of these people and influence them at times. And they need to receive the insider information that occasionally comes to these people. Those that are allowed to be killed do not usually get long term human assets assigned to them.
It is human nature to be trusting and be affected by demonstrations of love, affection, and friendship. But these are the tools of the human intell plants. There is little protection against these deceptions of human emotions except your own intuitution and the awareness that you might be a target. But if you gain expanded awareness from meditation these human emotional deceptions can be detected and greatly reduced or eliminated.
The "technical expert" plants that come and go are all suspect but the ones that become your long term friends are the ones that are most likely to be an intell plant. It is this bond of long term friendship which places a man or woman in a position to gain near complete inner intelligence of a target which is most highly valued. And it is the carefully crafted backstory or history of these intell plants which will have the most enticing and juicy attraction for the intelligence targets. Disclosure targets will be very pleased to meet and befriend these intell plants just from this carefully crafted backstory of their lives.
There is really little defense against this kind of emotional trickery to gain intelligence as many years of successful intelligence activity has confirmed. Only an expanded awareness of meditation can detect these kinds of human plants. And then you might decide to allow them for your own reasons. For human intell plants are human also and will often rebell against their own deception and spying on others. And human intell plants can grow to truly love and respect their targets as intimate friends and lovers. Human emotions and loyalties can change because we are all connected and learning every day.
Backstories of intell plants will sometimes contain glaring "tells" that they are intelligence officers. True intelligence is highly compartmentalized. So a backstory that has scientist being breifed by being given many secret papers to read on topics which have nothing to do with their current top secret research areas is a sure sign of a plant. Disclosure people who have violated their oaths and risk death for no clear moral reasons and show little fear of death are another tell. Older disclosure persons who have faced death many times and have little to lose are much more believable than younger persons who have a greater fear of death and a family to worry about.
Future actions of intell plants will also show glaring inconsistencies. A disclosure person who is fired for speaking out that gets rewarded with outside contracts and income from the very government agencies they are fired from is a definite oddity and "tell".
Knowledge and technical information gained by human intell plants are usually not at all valuable and satisfying even though intell plants are told otherwise for morale reasons. And the months and years of deceptive living and interacting with a target can be very trying and difficult for a human intell agent. The many months and years of their lives are usually wasted and unfulfilling in the prime of their adult lives. So do not judge these people harshly. They are only doing a job they were hired to do and acting within their own moral framework.Often the targeted person get far more in the bargain in the relationship than the intell plant who must work at the relationship to succeed. So be forewarned and aware if you are a target and seek to expand your awareness daily in meditation.
