Leadership is a process which affects a person in a group of individuals to achieve a common goal can be defined as. Not necessarily a manager but a person can be a true leader. The role of managers and leaders are different in nature. For example, managers are more concerned with the organization of tasks, while people focus on developing leaders. In addition, managers prefer a stable work environment towards innovative solutions is the leaders.

Leadership Behaviour

Assistant

Assistant leader role in this strategy assumes high and low directions. Leader does not only focus on achieving goals, but to help employees build skills around the task at hand tries. Day to day decision-leader delegates to control subordinates, but help is available to solve the problem. Recognition and social support to subordinates for the leader does not hesitate.

Delegating

The strategy is both supportive and directed at the behaviour. Leader gives subordinates control and avoiding unnecessary social support.
