The Principle of Getting Healed the Natural Way

Our body is equipped with an enormous store of natural built-in healing powers. Our natural "warriors" help by showing us the warning signs in the form of headache, coughs, and fevers.

When we experience headache, an immediate relief is to take pain reliever, same thing with fever and cough. Little did we know that by doing so, we are slowly putting our body at risk of further damaged. Repressing the symptoms like headache, fever and cough do not constitute knowing the root cause of the sickness. It is like killing our natural healing powers.

We need to further understand the human structure in order to know why we cannot avoid getting sick. Most people do not know that the human body has the ability to regenerate itself when it is infected by disease. This is true if the owner of the body is not doing anything that eventually kills his body's ability to heal itself.

Preventing the proliferation of bacteria and germs takes a lot of courage and perseverance to succeed. Knowing which herb is good for this and that disease is not an assurance that one will be healed. Restoring health by taking the most potent natural remedy is useless if the underlying cause of the problem is not given much attention. A patient will remain sick if he does not resolve giving up his drinking habit. Neither will it cure a girl who is suffering from asthma, if her parents continue to flood her with toxic processed foods.

The primary principle of true healing involves the serious return to the natural habits of living. If the body is just starting out cleansing itself from toxicity, it might be a good idea to seriously consider the natural remedies like organic herbs, toxic-free foods, healthy sunshine, clean air, and the right exercise.

Remember, the modern methods of healing the body are no substitute for the recreating powers nature alone offers.
