You can usually just go to school at night and work during the day if you have trouble supporting yourself or if you do not have any help with the finances. The good thing about these kinds of technical schools is that you will be able to complete you degrees in half the time it would take you to finish a degree at a four year college. Many people in the medical billing and medical transcription fields are offered jobs before they even get out of college because the field is growing at such a rapid rate right now. The money flowing into the industry has revitalized the health system in this country and we still have a long way to go. Hopefully this democratic situation stays for another five years and you will have time to complete your medical transcription training and find a job before a conservative takes office again.
