What Does the Equipment Look Like?

You will have a strap that goes around your waist low. Another strap goes a little higher. They will stretch and open the affected area. If you are uncomfortable in any way we can adjust. We can add pillows. We will make you very comfortable in your office visit.
How Does Spinal Decompression Work?
Spinal decompression therapy is done either on your back or on your stomach. A lot of that depends on the area of the problem and your comfort level. It's very important to be comfortable.
We don't hang upside down. It's either on your back or on your stomach for your treatment.
We can do decompression for the low back or for the neck. When we provide for the neck you lie on your back. You have two soft pads that are behind the neck, and a soft Velcro strap that goes on the forehead. And it's a gentle stretch while you are on your back. It's a very comfortable and a very effective way to relieve neck pain.
