Let's tear apart this example. When you're telling her how great her smile is, you're pulling her in.
When you're demoting her to number 4, you're pushing her away.
When you promote her back up to number three, you're pulling the poor girl back in.
The effect this will have on a girl is powerful. Attraction for you will be running thick through her veins.
Spend a whole night using push-pull on a girl and you probably won't be able to get rid of her. Don't be surprised if she turns into a stalker. So use with caution.
This may strike you as cruel and unusual punishment. "Why would a girl feel attraction for a guy who treated her like this?" you may be thinking?
But if you deliver push-pull in a playful tone, women will see you as flirtatious, not mean. Instead of thinking you're a jerk, they'll see you as charming.
