Professional career means growth of knowledge, skills and abilities. It can follow specialization path (deepening into one direction of motion that was chosen at the beginning of career) or trans-professionalism path (mastering of other fields of human experience in order to broaden the action fields). Career inside an organization is connected with motion of a person inside an organization. It can be the following; Vertical career official growth; Horizontal career growth inside an organization, for example, work in different units of one hierarchical level; Centripetal career a career pointed to obsessing some leading position inside an organization. Conditions of Career Official growth isn't determined only by personal qualities of a staff member (education, qualification, reproach to work, system of inner motivations), but also by objective conditions of career, such as: The top point of career the peak of growth, the highest position, that exist in the organization; Career length quantity of positions on the way from first job position, which is occupied by an individual in organization, to the highest point; Index of position level proportion of quantity of people employed on the next hierarchical level to the quantity of people on the level where individual is employed; Index of potential mobility proportion (in some limited period of time) of quantity of vacant places on the next hierarchical level to the quantity of people employed on the same level as individual.
