Premature ejaculation exercises can be used by men of any age and race as well as background. Not being able to control your urge to ejaculate is a problem that many men suffer from and this problem is commonly known as premature ejaculation. Besides performing certain exercises, there are a few other ways to overcome this problem including using herbal remedies and undergoing therapy as well as using anti depressants. Some people even try using products that help in numbing and desensitizing their penises which then helps them to prolong their sexual intercourse.

1. Start by stroking your penis- try not to think of the sexual sensations caused by the masturbation but rather the actual physical sensations you feel around your penis.

2. Try to pin point the tickling sensation that comes before the urge to ejaculate. By recognizing the feeling you can identify what it feels like right before you ejaculate and learn to control it.

3. Familiarize yourself with the tickling feeling. Continue masturbating without trying to last longer. Go ahead and ejaculate if you have the urge, just try to remember what the sensation felt like all over your body before it happens.

4. Start and top masturbating in order to learn control. Once you're familiar with the tickling sensations and when they come, you can start to implement the exercises.

5. Begin to masturbate until you have an erection and can start to feel the excitement it causes in your body. Then stop the stimulation for around 10 to 15 seconds and notice what it feels like when the excitement decreases.

6. Continue to masturbate until you start to feel that tickling sensation you felt before orgasm. Stop, wait for it to subside, then continue masturbating again. Continue to stop at that sensation, then start again when it subsides.

7. Don't worry if you lose an erection, you can always work one up again by fantasizing a little. Masturbate until you get to the tickling point 3 more times, then let yourself ejaculate.

8. Continue to repeat this exercise daily and stay with it. You'll find that 2 things will happen when you continue to practice using this method, the time it takes for you gain control before you ejaculate will decrease and the time it takes in between the start and stops will decrease.

9. Try to visually see your body respond to the sensations, it'll take a good imagination but you can do it.

10. Increase the amount of times you "Stop" stimulating yourself during the exercise from 3 to 6. Try to remain or at least build up to 6 "Stops" (masturbate then stop at the tickling sensation six times) and stay at the increased amount for your daily exercises.

11. Once you have been able to increase your start/start amount of times to 6 you can then introduce a personal lubricant in order to simulate the feel of a vagina.

12. Start at the beginning again by doing 3 start/stops with the lubricant and practice daily with it until you can work yourself up to the increased start and stops of 6.
