1. - Shirhasana (Yoga) in a lay mans term "Head Stand" this Indian originated VEDIC exercise can be very effective to control the hair loss posing your body upside down with the support of wall allows the blood to directly flow downwards towards our head which increases the direct blood supply to the hair scalps and roots and following this yoga/head stand everyday helps hair loss in a most prominent way.

- Bow touch Kneecaps stand straight take a deep breath inhale and exhale 5 6 times bow down slowly try not to bend your knees and with your forehead try to touch the kneecaps then get up slowly back on up straight position follow this at least for ten times a day and this also allows the blood flow to move rapidly towards our head .

- Lazy Head moves this is the easiest however effective exercise that can be done anywhere anytime at your comfort, close your eyes first breath softly and slowly let your neck muscle relax and then slowly rotate your head towards the left slowly and then towards the right slowly and then rotate it clock wise and then anti clock wise repeat this as much as you can which not only helps you to increase the blood flow however it also helps to control the stress and head migraines.

- Light Scalp Massage with your finger tips apply light massage touching your hair scalp slowly covering the whole area of your head every day for at least 10 minutes in the morning after you wake up and night before you sleep this allows the scalp, hair papillae and capillary vessels to activate the cells present in the hair and allows natural nourishments to flow smooth and steady.
