There actually are some complaints, yes! The antenna loses power in certain occasions, which means the phone is useless. But Apple offers customers a case that prevents this problem. So that connection issue is basically solved before it hits you.
Is it smaller?
The iPhone 4 has definitely improved. Not as thick as the iPhone 3 and it's light and thin. First impressions are truly important and the iPhone 4 doesn't disappoint. The glassy front and back feel smoother and look way cooler. The people at Apple don't disappoint with the precision made buttons and ports. Nice design!
Installing is still a breeze?
Especially for iPhone users, yes! They're able to copy all their contacts without too much trouble. Just plug in the micro SIM card and adapt the device to your computer. And with iTunes you're set to go immediately. Texting can be done with the key pad that complements the words you're typing, and like a chat conversation you'll see all the messages in the same screen. The same goes for your email, which of course is also installed within no time.
Not too slow, hopefully?
What do you expect, the iPhone Snail? Of course it's fast! And a lot of memory in combination with a 1Ghz processor equals immediate action after pushing a button or touching the screen. The flow of the interface is excellent. With heavy apps and large internet pages with lots of images you don't have to wait before you can do something, which is cool. It's possible to run several apps at once, and the speed doesn't decrease. Multi-task me this!
Another touch screen, boring!
Not so much. The new so called Retina screen has an angle of 89 degrees and this is truly huge. After switching it on, you'll be amazed by the clarity and sharp images of the menus on the screen. Reading texts and watching movies and images is clearer than ever, your eyes are treated by a high standard of watchability. You think the iPhone 3 was sharp? They should've called this one the iPhone Machete.
Wasn't one camera enough?
It could've been, of course. But why not play with the new option of the second camera installed on the front. It's time for video calling! They call this Apple Face Time. With 5 megapixels the regular camera holds its own and is of perfect quality. You can tape videos in HD quality and this doesn't result in a pixel fest. Use the flash if you like, but avoid the risk of overexposure, no need to overdo it.
Is internet even better?
Why don't you find out yourself? With the 3G connection (or Wi-Fi) you're available always and everywhere. The cool screen gives your pc a run for its money. The menus are large and clear and sending emails or updates to your social networks has never been better.
Media stuff?
No surprises here, no. 4 makes no. 3 looks like a newborn baby. The media player on this phone is as good as your iPod, so give that one to a friend or sell it online. With 16GB of memory you can store loads of files and like your iPod you can organize and create your own favorite playlists. All in all, the iPhone is worth the wait. Without a doubt!
