In other words, what is now something that you are saying NO to. It could be that you are now saying no to mediocrity or you are no saying making too little money.
But here is the trick to turn the word "No" into an empowering statement and not one that will attract exactly what you don't want like in the secret. You must intend to draw a line in the sand. In other words, you no longer except the current result in your life and you say "No More Failing" "No More Pain" "No More Poverty" with the intention of looking "it" dead on and drawing the line in your life that says "I refuse to allow things to continue this way." Here is the next trick. Be grateful to what you don't want as well. What you don't want has also helped you grow as a person and has pointed you in the direction of where you should be.
