The whole theoretical exploration, like other explorations, is a repeated process of practice, knowledge, again practice and again knowledge. They two promote and prove each other, and neither is dispensable. Although this work took for over 9 years and the theories were not easy to be understood, when took them together, they would be very simple and very easy to be operated. According to my own practice for many years and my experience to cure my liver cancer and other diseases, the application of the theories is as follows.
My practice is mainly the following two aspects, that is the comprehensive application of the Qigong theory and re-understanding of metabolism theory .
1.Application of Qigong theory
1.1 Principle. When it comes to Qigong, people often think it very mysterious and believe it is a recondite gong fu for some masters to practise specially. In fact, the principle of Qigong is extremely simple.
While discussing the theory of Chinese medicine, we have come to know that the human body needs to exchange matter, energy and information with nature, and these exchange channels are none other than acupuncture points. There is a unified requirement in various Qigong exercises, that is to relax the body, because these channels can be in an active state in the exchange in vivo and in vitro only when the body is relaxed.
In the usual life, all of us are applying Qigong unknowingly, because the exchange of matter, energy and information in vivo and in vitro is one kind of instinct of our lives. For example every evening, people would be dead tired at the end of the days work, and need a rest. According to the Chinese medicine theory, on a day-long fatigue, the body has already accumulated a large amount of turbid qi pending discharge, and also required the essence qi in nature to be supplied. Very obvious, after a night of sleep, the human body would feel refreshed and full of energy though without any new nutrition in the morning, which is the inevitable effect after the exchange in vivo and in vitro.
The so-called qigong exercises is to enable the body to fully relax into a state between sleeping and waking, and enhance such exchanges in vivo and in vitro with mental control along with breath, in order to achieve the purpose to discharge the turbid qi and absorb the essence qi. Illness is just the outcome of the accumulation of much turbid qi.
1.2 Application of the theory
1.2.1 Formal Qigong therapy (such as "Yuanji Gong")
The formal theories have a thorough exposition and their effectiveness is greater. They can not only improve the health, but also cure diseases, especially cure some difficult and complicated cases. If suffered from a severe case, you are suggested to take the formal therapy.
It might also be noted that the clinical symptoms would be worse a bit in the early stage of treatment, and produce diarrhea (which is the detoxifying phenomenon).
1.2.2 Massage method. This method does not need to study the Qigong theory deeply, and only know the sites of the bladder meridian in the two sides on the back and governor meridian on the median line on the back, as well as that the bladder meridian could relate all the internal organs of the body.
Stand naturally back against a wall corner or a tree trunk, two legs slightly bent, the body relaxed, the upper body in a lateral left/right movement while massaging the bladder meridian with the wall corner or tree trunk. If you were imagining your lower dantian (about 56 cm below navel) exchanging with nature, the effect would be better.
For those who are not knowing Qigong very well, this method is most worth popularizing. It is simple, less labor and time, quick effective, and would cure diseases or improve health without being ill. If felt pain in some point or part of bladder meridian, it would explain the internal organ corresponding to the point or part is suffering from a certain diseases, and you may give more massage on there.
1.2.3 Voluntary method.
If not convenient to learn and exercise the formal Qigong therapy, and not have a severe case and only to improve health, you can take the following methods.
No matter standing, sitting, lying down, walking or jogging, your body relaxed while regulating breathing (it would be best not to be heard or vibrated) with the tongue tip touching the upper palate (behind the upper gum) lightly, and imagining a point in your body (the lower dantian would be the best) is exchanging with nature (the discharge of zhuo qi or pathogemetic qi and the supplementary of essential qi). Such exchanging scope will be farther and farther. As for some sensations in vivo, and even the qi would not going through smoothly in some nidus locations, you should neither worry about it nor guide the qi with ideas and continue to exchange silently with nature, while your own body would naturally know where to be treated firstly.
The advantage of this method is of easy operation, no deviation; but the shortcoming is its effect lower than the formal Qigong therapy.
2.Application of the reunderstanding of metabolic theory
Since realized microorganisms as the promoter of the substance transformation in vivo and in vitro and bio-enzymes and vitamins come from microorganisms, and also realized that dietary fiber could increase intestinal microorganisms, then you might eat more root crops and less meat, eggs and milk. In order to regulate the living environment for microorganisms to proliferate, so that the body could get sufficient enzymes and vitamins to promote the transformation from food to body substances and ensure the body cells to have sufficient nutritions.
Several years ago, upon a rough outline of the theoretical exploration, I trial-manufactured one kind product, according to the re-understanding theory and the meridian theory of Chinese medicine, for my family and close friends to try to take, and received very good results. Especially the effects of improving looks and enhancing respiratory function, which were easy to be observed, were most obvious. The cure of my liver cancer and old illness had a close connection with my own product besides Qigong.
The Chinese saying that "The great truth would be most simple". My intention is to try to understand the basic principles of some relevent theories, in order to be understood and appllied by most people.
