The term Akasha comes from a 5000 year old Sanskrit language which means "hidden library". That does not mean there is a literal library hidden in the mountain. It isn't actual hall floating in the sky as some people think, but rather a vibrational gateway whereby information can be revealed about souls. It's a bit like the great search engine for souls .
The Akashic Fields of energy is found in every action you take or experience. This field is a living, evolving being. It is a part of your being, so therefore, it lives and evolves just as you do. . Akashic Records are simply another dimension of your being. Their purpose is to help you reach your soul's perfection, a filing cabinet of blueprints and instructions.
Consisting of multiple parts, Akashic Records hold the unique pattern of your soul. First, the fingerprint that is you and no one else. This fingerprint isn't actually a vibrational pattern that gives you blue eyes, or a big read-end, itis your Soul Song. The Spirit that is uniquely you even without your skin. The secondary vibration contains a catalogue of lifetimes you have experienced. The places, people and things with whom you have interacted. The things you have learned, or the things you have avoided. The idea is to bring them all into alignment, and mastery.
So, what type of information is contained in this energy field? Everything you can think of, from untapped talents, to ancient knowledge of herbs and healing. Akashic Records aren't a peep show. They won't tell you if your neighbor is a cheating spouse. They can tell you if you've had a past life with your aunt and why you just can't stand being around her. If you have recurring dreams of falling into a volcano, it might be that you were sacrificed in some life and that information gleaned from the records can be used to desensitize your fears and alleviate those dreams.
Just as humans have this dimension of consciousness, animals and plants, too, have Akashic Records. They exist as a level of consciousness that applies and resonates with them. Their vibrational fingerprint will be specific to them as a dog, a horse, or a ragweed plant, in addition to who they are without with feathers and fur. Their Akashic Records aren't as well-defined as those of a human being, but they too can be accessed.
Thinking of relocating? Akashic Records exist for places, too. When you decide on where you think you might like to live, the records can be opened for that location and provide you with insights to help you make your decision. Feng Shui practitioners sometimes open the Akashic Field for houses or land. Knowing the purpose of a home may change your mind on a purchase. For example, a home's spirit may be to assist families in moving to the next step. In that case, families moving out of the house every 3 years would not mean an unstable neighborhood.
The same is true for land. Sacred Places will have a different vibrational record, than the local tennis court. The Akashic Record of a lot or house might explain why 3 years in a row a tornado decimated a house down the street. (That happened in Georgia.) It could be that plot of land didn't hold a home in it's Akashic Field, but rather wildflowers and grass.
Akashic Records are useful for career decisions too. Each company, even each office, or store will have it's own field. Opening up those records could tell you if the company has a stable work force and a supportive spiritual nature, or if there is a good deal of conflict between the cubicles.
Who can access Akashic Records? Anyone. You actually do access them, even if it's unconscious, every time, you take action to change something about yourself or how your life is running, change a relationship, take a class, accept a new job etc. Meditation will help you enter your field and provide deeper insights to assist you through life.
