When fighting the battle of the fleas you need to do your research. These parasites are annoying nasty creatures that live on a host and bite to suck its blood. Once the yard is treated let them out and treat your home, foggers work great. Also be sure to wash any bedding your pet might lay on.
When you are dealing with fleas remember that for a bad infestation it might take multiple treatments so don't give up. Monthly treatments for your pet are a great place to start so they will be parasite free. Foggers, carpet powders and vacuuming even using a dehumidifier will help to control the problem indoors. Lawn sprays, powder and diatomaceous earth are a good way to treat the lawn. Be consistent in you methods and you will win the battle.
