2 Wash &wear, dont use a blow dryer every day, your hair has more texture by just towel drying
3 Sage ,rosemary oil, thyme,walnut, zinc and silicea are all helpful for healthy hair and skin. Find out other natural ingredients that are helpful to your hair
4 Avoid as mentioned above improper use of chemicals and styling equiptment.
