Which Spec Should You Go With For Rogue Leveling?
There is a lot of debate with which spec you should use vs the others, and I think that with a bit of thought you can choose the one that fits your style the most.
If i had to choose one I would say that Combat is the best because of sustained damage and you can keep up your killing and leveling pretty easily. The problem with assassination is that you don't really have too much sustained damage and will have a lot of breaks in between.
Subtlety is the worst specialization that you can use because it really doesn't help you to attack and kill mobs fast, and it really focuses on your mobility and survability (Which you don't really need for questing.)
Paying Attention to Which Quests Help and Hurt You Very Important
What do I mean by "helping or hurting you?" Basically some quests will eat up your time and not give you much experience in return and you'll be really frustrated after doing a whole runaround with them without getting much success.
These kinds of quests will really destroy your morale and you probably won't even want to stay playing that character and pause your rogue leveling altogether. Choosing quests that will give you a lot of experience for minimal work is the key to leveling extremely fast and having a great leveling experience.
Don't Attack Mobs Too High Above Your Level
There should be a zone in the World of Warcraft that will fit your level area and will have mobs that are around the same. If you are level 30 for instance you don't want to go somewhere where most of the mobs are level 31 or 32. You want to keep it equal or a bit lower, or you'll find that a lot of your attacks are dodged or parried and they can hurt you really badly. Find mobs that are like 28 to 30 or something similar sot hat you don't have any issues.
