The person they are inside can show on their face if they are the cheating type or not, another way to find out if a seemingly honest person is really a cheat is to listen to their voice, the things they say in their general speech may indicate that their seemingly outward appearance of genuine honesty is actually a faade, and they reveal the things that are truly how they are.
Of course the above is just a generalisation of identifying people that are cheats, of course in reality there is no cast iron way to discern whether one is a cheat or not. So upon meeting someone for the first time and trying to figure out if that person is honest or a cheat is impossible.
Of course there is one way of looking at it, and that is this, most people the world over are cheating at something. Kids cheat at their school exams, people learn to cheat at a very young age, if you are a woman perhaps you are desperate to catch your husband cheating! Men are notorious as being the worst offenders when it comes to cheating.
