Nonprofit support programs offer their help to state organizations only. 5. Grants from restricted funds are created on the basis of charities. It means that, for example, a person who decided to make a donation to a school for blind children may become a grant agent him/herself. 6. Application planning grants aims to invest money in those students who may make a contribution for this or that company in future. 7. Evaluation grants are offered only after the moment this or that student has achieved certain results in education. This type of grants is similar to the scientific award and is of no interest for students who need money for education.
