That is why it is necessary to study for postgraduate degrees in order to keep abreast of the times and invent something new.
Secondly, people need postgraduate education because it can be one of the points in the list of demands of an employee. The thing is that the system of academic disciplines becomes more and more complicated. New subjects emerge within the old ones. And science itself becomes more specific. That is why a person who has been awarded with this or that degree has to refresh his/her knowledge in order to achieve specialized information in his/her sphere of work.
Other people want to continue their education because they wish to be developed persons, to be aware of various phenomena in science, art, humanities, etc. Such people are not anxious about the question of career or scientific achievements. All they want is to develop themselves all the time and not to get stuck in routine.
