The hotel is two miles from the airport and is not hard to find--it's on the same road! It's a 5-10 minute drive to Qwest Center/Old Market in downtown Omaha. My room was clean, as were the public areas. The pool and jacuzzi (and surrounding area) were clean and maintained, and welcomed. Wireless in-room internet worked and was very easy to set up and caused no problems. The hotel, at least on this night, was quiet.
On the other hand, the staff was indifferent and not particularly cordial (though the manager did go out of her way to assist me regarding a Hotwire reservation snafu over the phone in the week before the reservation, though she was under no obligation to do so). The breakfast was adequate (yogurt, instant oatmeal, various breads, milk, juice, coffee) but not overwhelming. My biggest complaint was the A/C in the room, which turned off and on completely to maintain the temperature.
