Affiliate Clone X Review

Product Description

Affiliate Clone X is a course created by Nikki Lee. The author claims her formula is responsible for bringing in over $45,000 per month and all you have to do is copy her strategy. Rather than depend on pay per click advertising for traffic, this book revolves around selling your own product and leveraging Clickbank to its fullest potential.

Detailed Overview

My first impression of Affiliate Clone X was that it was another affiliate marketing book teaching you how to use Clickbank and Google Adwords. There are many of these books out there and the salesletter format copies the original Affiliate Project X salesletter. Furthermore, the sales page claims that the method revealed in the book is responsible for $45,000 in monthly income.

It takes it even further by saying that you don't need any prior online marketing experience, doesn't require long hours, and can be easily done. What immediately caught my attention was that this book did not depend on Google at all. The next thing that came to my mind was using web 2.0 as a traffic source, but I was proven wrong when I started to get into the course.

The whole idea behind Affiliate Clone X is to look for PLR products. You will have to look for PLR products that come with readymade sales pages, HTML files, and download pages. The goal here is to take these products and repackage them into something new. You can take the PLR product then add new content and even improve the salesletter.

The book then teaches you how to put this product on to Clickbank and get affiliates to start promoting for you. This allows you to build a database of customers where you can profit from in the backend. This is a really good idea because Clickbank has a huge army of affiliates looking to promote the latest products.

But there are some problems with this strategy. The sales page claimed that you didn't need any prior experience, but in actuality, you do need quite a bit of experience. You will probably need to have a good understanding of copywriting in order to rewrite the copy so that the product sells. You will also need to research what it is that people want from your product to deliver something of value and use this information in your sales page.

Then there is the affiliate recruitment process. Even though Clickbank has a huge army of affiliates, you are competing with so many other vendors. You will have to promise your affiliates great conversions for your product (which goes back to writing a good salesletter) and know how to manage them so they stay loyal to you.

Reputation

Affiliate Clone X does provide a new way of looking at Internet marketing. There are quite a bit of PLR sites out there and many of them give you everything you need to set up shop at Clickbank. The hard part is redoing the content, salesletter, and figuring out which products will sell. The course has received positive reviews but it does overpromise and overhype the whole strategy. The bottom line is that you will need some money to join multiple PLR sites, put a lot of work on redoing the product, and have marketing knowledge to make it work.
