Joseph replied, "I am sorry, I now cannot go down the tree to answer your question because I was employed by the owner here to pluck the apples. My time is belongs to him."
During the end of the work that day, Joseph has requested to the owner to deduct some of his salary to compensate the time he answered the question.
He was not only honest but this story has shown to us while Jewish is working, they are working with their full concentration and focusing.
Different people has different life span, some have longer and some are shorter. However, it is fair that every one has only one time for their life. Hence, we must treasure our life to fulfill our dream in our limited life.
In the arena of life, if we don't have a specific target,we cannot achieve success. Many people have great confidence, wisdom, ability,but if they do not make clear their target or they don have a specific target,they will not be successful. This is easy understood just like a 100% shooter,if he does not have a target to aim, he is just shooting every where aimlessly.
Another story to share about Mr. Craig R. Barrett, previous Intel CEO.
In 21st May of 1997, Craig R. Barrett, immigrant Jewish from Hungary, was appointed as President of Intel. During the 80s, Intel has become the leader of semiconductor and computer industry. However, due to the marketing strategy of Japanese manufacture- always 10% cheaper, Intel started to lose its market share in computer market. The sales has dropped tremendously. Once this computer is the most profitable item in Intel.
In a morning meeting, Mr. Craig asked his managers," Can you believe Intel without computer? I think I can!" After the meeting, Intel decided to give up computer business and only focus on
microprocessor business. Till now, Intel has become the market leader of microprocessor.
So, if you want to be persistent and focusing on your target, there are some advice from Tamude as below:

* Do not ask a woman how to become blacksmith, just like asking a coward about the war affairs;
* Do not ask stingy person about gratitude, just like asking cruel person to do some charity;
* Do not ask a lazy person how to complete a task strictly;
* Sometimes a short man can see further and more things than 7 guards on top of a tower;
* Listen to your own judgment and you yourself are the most trusted and reliable person as long as you are living in the house of truth.
Probably, we are not as great as Mr. Craig. But, we must listen to our own judgment and focusing persistently to face all the challenges in our life with our own principles .
