These kinds of services are meant to those types of individuals who are either of older age and not able to do their all daily routine tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, and preparing meal and eating etc. or for those people who are physically handicapped and also need care services.
In the earlier time it was considered both home care and home health care were considered both same but as time have changed now, in current context home health care has got the meaning of skilled care and home care has got the meaning of non medical care.
