There are two related concepts in Physical fitness the specific and general. The ability to perform in aspects of sport and occupation is a specific fitness while the state of wellbeing and health is a general fitness. You can achieve the physically fit through correct nutrition, enough rest and exercise. It considered a measured of the body's ability to function effectively and efficiently in leisure activity and work.

The mental and emotional health is an important part of overall fitness. Being healthy is important in participating physical activity. Physical fitness can treat and prevent many chronic health conditions that brought on by aging and unhealthy lifestyle.

Physical inactivity is a national health problem. It increases risk of disease and illness. To increase the flexibility and strength, control weight increase bone mass, improve endurance and self-esteem, as well as reduce the risk of a high blood pressure, stress, anxiety and depression is by doing some kind of physical activity or exercise.

The risk of developing high blood pressure, colon cancer, diabetes and heart disease is reduced through regular physical activity. Enjoyable and fun is the best way to keep exercise and physical activity. Physical active help build joints, muscle and healthy bone.

Every person should do something active at least three times a week in order to stay healthy, more energy and feel best.

Any age can do exercise. It is more fun if you are with your family or friends. To reduce the risk of fracturing and falling bones do the activity of muscle-strengthening. When you increase your activity the bone strength also increased even in adult.

To be avail to learn and understand you need to concentrate. Concentration is important in all aspect. Exercising and physically active can improve your concentration. It means that you were able to perform better in class during the activities and more focused. Being physically fit, it helps you to maintain your memory longer in life. As people get older, their memory skills can deteriorate, and exercise and physical activity can help ward off this effect.

Physical activity and exercise can increase the self-esteem and self-confidence. While having a low self-esteem and self-confidence leads to a harmful behavior.
