Why cannot I be lucky?
When is it going to be my turn?
Why not me?
Now go back and read the list slowly. Read each question, and wait for an answer before going to the next question. Take a couple of minutes to do this now.
Did you notice what happened? Did you notice your automatic responses to these questions?
If you did not, try it again, and listen. Your mind instantly responds to these questions with answers.
Where did these answers come from? Are they something you have consciously chosen or decided?
For the next couple of days allow yourself to be aware of the questions you ask. Write them down. Practice hearing the answers your mind provides you to these questions.
Simply observe the questions and responses you automatically think or say. Finally, notice how you feel physically, mentally and emotionally.
So to recap:
1.Become aware of the questions you ask frequently without thinking.
2.Notice the answers your mind automatically provides.
3.Feel. Feel how these questions and answers affect you mentally, emotionally and physically.
