Some are because of polythene.The concern today is about the increasing use of polythene bags in the society and their improper disposal. They get stuck in drains and create different problems. Some schools in India have been working hard to stop use of polythene and some states have really achieved the successes of not using polythene bags in that place such as ladakh:in ladakh no one has to use polythene bags it is strictly prohibited. Which has resulted in great cleanliness I will give you an example:Kashmir has Dal Lake-receive lot of polythene bagsLadakh has pangong lake-1 piece of polythene even not recovered till today. The reason is that the state already does not use polythene bags. Entry and Exit points of ladakh have been put under different checking posts that if any car, truck should not contain polythene bags. I can say that this is the state which is doing better in anti polythene drive because of the support of the people, local and positive response from the present government. If one will not raise voice another cannot. There are different states in India in which people are facing different illness from polythene bags. They are light weight and one polythene in a landfill will take 1000 years to get decomposed properly. One million polyethylene bags are used throughout the world every minute. How can we do this? Some people make government responsible for this. I repeatedly will say that we must not always say that government does not do anything we must support them. If we get violent on raising the rate of tax by government for eg from 5rupees to 10 rupees we must also raise voice against the shops, people who use polythene in India. this can be Ben fitful to the people in different ways such as dust would not raise in our homes, public places would be clean, drains will not get jam and lots more.I alone cannot do anything except writing this article on say no to the polythene bags. Believe me its really dangerous and can harm us. If you are with me then common comment on this article give feedback and when I will get as much as citizens from India who want to support say no to polythene bags I will make a website in which I will mention all the harmful effects of polythene bags and what is the better solution for carrying materials and also how to make paper bags at home's will also mention in that website that how many people say that say no to the polythene bags.
