Exercise can help avoid the heart disease

Being healthy you should be physically fit. There are lot of gyms were you can exercise. There had a lot of tools that you can use. You can also do it in your own home. Walking is a one way of exercise.

We can gain positive effect by doing regular exercise especially our heart. Do you know that we can reduce the risk for heart attack, stroke and heart disease? Vigorous exercise gives strength to our heart as pump and more efficient to our muscle. Moderate activity can boost the HDL cholesterol, lower the blood pressure, blood fats and aid the circulatory system.

There are many people died in a heart disease because they lack of physical activity regularly. The number one reason of inactivity is most of us have a job where we just sit most of the time. If you have a job, the chances in physical work can be limited. And we also rely in modern devices like appliances, cars and modern tools to reduce our heavy works.

We can increase our flexibility, stronger bones to avoid osteoporosis and strengthened our muscles having an exercise. It also helps our mental health like anxiety, relieving stress, make sleep better and renew our energy.

Most people especially the overweight avoid the activity. You know why? Because they give an impression that exercises is sweaty and the strenuous work is best to those super-fit, athletic and young.

There are other effect of exercise in terms of body slimming. It displaces fats and it builds our muscles. It increases your body's metabolic rate even after you've finish exercising.

Being more active help you in weight loss because it burns more calories. There's an opposite effect in reducing your calorie intake without activity by losing weight. It can cause your body to a muscle breakdown, which makes losing weight even harder and ultimately lower your metabolic rate.

The problem in reducing your calorie intake without exercise is when you go off your diet. Increase the activity is better approach which builds your muscle and at the same time you're cutting the excess calorie from the food you eat. The physical activities can also regulate your appetite, it make easier to curb the urge to over eat.

The energy you needed in any activity is depends on three factors. Your body weight, activity itself and the muscle mass. The larger the muscle mass and the heavier your body part being moved, the more calories you use. The intensity, frequency and the duration of exercise also count.
