am living in Bangalore.For last 3 years i was using the Hathway cable net and was happy with their service.Since i am living on rent, i need to take a new connection (Installation Rs500) or transfer of connection (Rs 1000) .Couple of times i took new connection (Rs 500), but in december 2010, i decided to take a USB data cardand my luck was really bad , I entered my details on Connect India's website for reliance connection .I got a call from Vriti Infocom Noida for a Data Card.They promised me to deliver the card on 21 Dec, 2010 for Rs 1900 for 3 MBPS speed .One person called Nelson the cheater( Mob. 9972725237) came to
my house to deliver the device.He told he has forgotten the invoice of the Device.He looked innocent so i beliEved him and took the device and gave the money(BIGGEST BLUNDER).He took details of mine, voter ID card, photo , rent agreement .He informed that device will be activated by next day evening.Next Day evening i called them they told by next day it will be activated.After that i called the reliance help desk .I was told that my connection has been blocked because of non availability of photo. But the person NELSON collected my photos i requested them to collect again .One person came and collected my photo and next evening connection was activated.The other next day at 12 Afternoon,i got a call from some person from
reliance person that he has come to my address for verification . I told him that i am in office and every person in my family is working So i requested him to come in evening or he can check with my owner(Second Floor) and neighbors .After that i called him back, he told everything is fine.After that i reached my home, i could not connect to Internet and i called reliance broadband help desk I was informed that Connection has been blocked because of negative address verification .After that i tried these Vriti Infocom who sold me this USB card .They stopped picking calls .All the Vriti Infocom Bangalroe ppl who delivererd this card to me to name a few in batallion of cheater are RamChandra 7899891333, Nelson 9972725237,Avinash and Santosh . Then i remembered NELSON has not delivered the invoice to me till now.I started asking invoice by mails or dialling from my office numbers(colleague's number).All these ppl stopped taking calls from any number from my office. I thought approaching Vriti Infocom Noida may be fruitful and gave them a call .One polite lady picked the call and i told my problem to her .She told politely that they will be giving a call to me in 15 minutes and for a moment i was happy that may be these ppl will solve my problem, but she never called back .After 1 hour i called them, this time 1 guy picked the call, i told about myself and he asked about me to the lady and he disconnected the call. Till Day my connection is not activated and I have not been given/delivered a invoice for the device
